All conference attendees must register for the conference.

Authors

At least one author of each accepted paper MUST REGISTER for the conference by August 31, 2007. If there is no registration on a paper by that date, this paper will be removed from the Technical Program and will be excluded from the Conferece Proceedings.

A full (i.e. non-student) registration fee covers the author for up to 2 papers at the conference. A student registration fee covers the author for 1 paper at the conference. A charge of A$200 applies for each additional paper associated with the same registration.

Registration Process

Please read carefully the following important information about the registration process before proceeding:

Registration process requires setting up a user account. Information provided in the account will be used to produce your conference badge and your invoice. In the future you can also log into your account if you want to purchase additional items.
Registration offers a range of options. If you do not want to include a particular option, please make sure that you select "None" for the correspnding pull-down menu. This is an important step as unfortunately, the "None" option may not always appear as default. So please double check your items before submitting your payment. We apologize for this inconvenience but it is outside of our control.
Before committing to the payment please double check that you have made the correct selections!
To obtain IEEE/ECTI/IEICE Member discount please make sure to select this option in the registration process. Provide your IEEE/ECTI/IEICE Member number in the free-form text during the final check-out step.
To qualify for Student discount please make sure to bring to the conference a proof of your enrolment and present it when collecting your registration badge. We will also contact you by e-mail to obtain a proof of your student status after you register for the conference.
Please provide your EDAS paper ID number(s) in the free-form text during the final check-out step. Your EDAS paper number begins with (15690).
Please note that Student Conference Registration does NOT include Conference Welcome Reception Ticket and Conference Dinner Ticket. If you would like to attend these functions please select these options during the registration process.
When selecting which tutorials you would like to attend, please note that Tutorial A and Tutorial B will run in parallel and Tutorial C and Tutorial D will run in parallel.
For Australian PhD students only wishing to attend the Tutorials free of charge: Please indicate in the free-form text during the final check-out step which tutorials you would like to attend. Make sure to bring to the conference a proof of your Australian PhD enrolment and present it when collecting your registration badge. Note that you are still required to register for the conference. Please remember to select "None" for the tutorial options in the payment section, otherwise you will be charged for the tutorials!
Conference attendees are responsible for their own hotel and travel arrangments. Note that the registration process provides for options to arrange flights, accommodation and tour packages through a local Travel Agency. If you choose to take advantage of these options you will be contacted by the Travel Agency for further arrangments. These arrangements are not the responsibility of the conference organizers. Cancellation Policy

Written notification for your cancellation of registration must be reported to the ISCIT2007 Secretariat. 50% refund will be made for cancellations received by the Secretariat by 15 September, 2007. There will be no refund for cancellations received after 15 September 2007. We consider the day we receive your notice as the day of your cancellation. All refunds will be processed after the conference and will incur a registration handling charge of A$10. Please indicate your name, paper ID and contact address at the back of the envelope. This cancellation policy applies only to the conference registration. Any cancellations for options associated with flight, accommodation and tour packages will have to be arranged directly with the travel agency and this is not the responsibility of the conference organizers. If you cancel your registration because you are unable to obtain an Australian Visa, the normal cancellation conditions, dates and costs will still apply. Note that by issuing an invitation letter we do not guarantee that your visa will be granted by the Australian Government.

IEEE, ECTI or IEICE membership entitles attendees to discounted registration fees. You can apply for IEEE membership on line here. To qualify for discounted registration fees you must provide your membership number as part of the registration process.

All M2NM workshop attendees must register for ISCIT 2007. Please note that the M2NM 2007 registration is included in the ISCIT 2007 registration and that the same registration rules for M2NM 2007 attendance and authors apply.
