- Power Quality Australia
- Power Quality Australia was formed in 1996 to work with industry to improve the quality of electrical supply to industrial,
commercial and domestic users.
The strength of the centre comes from it's strong collaboration with industry and it's extensive knowledge base.
The centre carried out the first ever power quality survey in Australia. Regular annual surveys have followed and
these provide the participants with detailed assessments of performance comparisons with the industry and advice
and recommendations for future operations.

was organised in 1984 for the purpose of solving utility and industrial
customer power system problems. Today, Electrotek works with an
international group of clients and associates, including electric
utilities, consultants, equipment vendors, research organisations, and
government agencies.
- PQ Network
- The PQ Network is provided as a service to the Power Quality
community to assist in the exchange of information about power quality.
The PQ Network is operated by Electrotek Concepts, Inc. This server
provides access to an on-line power quality tutorial, analytical tools,
case study library, measurement data library, newsletter, industry news,
and much more. This server has been freely accessible to all who fill out
the on-line registration form. This will be changed in future. They will
begin to make available their services by paid subscription.
- Power Quality Assurance Magazine
- Power Quality Assurance Magazine covers the latest advances in power
quality engineering, management and a listing of upcoming conferences.
This site also offers a Power Quality Discussion Forum.
- The EPRI
Distribution System Power Quality Project
- This site provides information on the EPRI's Assessment of
Distribution Power Quality project that is the most thorough and recently
performed study describing existing power quality levels on utility
distribution systems in the United States. The project's chief goal is to
provide a power quality database that will serve as source of benchmarks
for EPRI's concept of combined electric system reliability and power
quality indices.
- Quality Power Systems Inc.
- This site offers technical information on the following power quality
systems; UPS Systems from 600 VA to 1000 kVA, Custom Battery
Configurations, Power Conditioning Systems from 250 VA to 500kVA, Power
Surge Suppression Systems, Standby Generator Sets, Custom Environmental
Electronic Enclosures, and Systems Integration Services
- PowerCET Corporation
- Since its founding, PowerCET Corporation has focused on the
improvement of the productivity and reliability of electronic equipment
and systems through comprehensive consulting, education and training
programs for client companies.
- Leonadro Power Quality Initiative
- LPQI is an education programme on Power Quality, supported by the European Commission under the LEONARDO programme and
by International Copper Association. This 3 million euro project, funded over three years will develop and implement a
range of training programmes, aimed at consulting engineers, electrical contractors and maintenance managers.
The objective is to increase understanding of the origin, problems, diagnosis and solutions related to Power Quality
in buildings and industrial premises.
- REO Knowledgebase
- The REO knowledgebase contains a range of guides for many IEC standards.
